On your period? that’s okay. (you can wear a cup or tampon, or reschedule)

Hair is too long? that’s okay. We know what to do! no need to trim!

Unsure of what to book? that’s okay. We are here to help, send us a message!

Upon booking, a credit card must be saved on file to book. There is a limit of 1 reschedule within the month.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we get it. Please let us now ahead and keep in communication with us if you do need to cancel.

If there is a NO-SHOW/LAST MIN CANCELLATION (under 24 hours), you will be charged 50% of the service. We are pretty leniant about last minute issues. Please let us know and keep in touch with us.

Tardiness

If you are running late for your appointments, it is your responsibility to text IMMEDIATELY.

Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a cancellation of your appointment and a fee of 50% of the service will be charged.

Preparation

Exfoliate the skin a minimum of 2 days before your appointment. Do not exfoliate the day before, the day of or the day after.

• Do not moisturize by putting creams or lotions on the area that will be receiving treatment.

• Do not apply deodorant if getting underarms sugared.

• For best results, hair should be at least a 1/4 of an inch long.

If you currently…

• Razor/Shave – Allow at least 3 weeks of regrowth before getting sugared.

• Wax – Allow 4 weeks of regrowth before getting sugared.

• Sugar – 4-5 weeks of regrowth.
